To Provide Services
We use your data to create and maintain your account, verify your identity, process payments, and connect you with Captains for transportation and delivery services.

We use your data to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our services. This includes screening Captains, detecting and fostering unsafe driving behavior, and detecting and preventing fraud.

Information Sharing
Sharing with Captains
To facilitate your trips, we share your pickup and drop-off locations, your first name, and your rating with the Captain who has accepted your trip request.

Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your user profile and other information for as long as you maintain your ADEX account.
You can request deletion of your account at any time through the ADEX app or by contacting us. Following such a request, we verify and delete your account and data, unless we must retain it for legal or regulatory reasons, for purposes of safety, security, and fraud prevention, or because of an issue relating to your account such as an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute.

You can access and edit your name, phone number, and email address directly in the app.
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from ADEX here. You may also opt out of receiving emails and other messages from ADEX by following the instructions in those messages.
